These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the GGBet platform, accessible via ggbet-khelo.net and all related services. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) GGBet account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

Members agree that:

• Bet outcomes that were correctly placed by a member prior to any technical disruption.

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses

GGBet's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

GGBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Voluntary request by the account holder
• Failure to provide the required KYC documents.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Enforcement requests from authorised regulatory bodies

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact GGBet support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded within 5 business days upon completion of identity verification.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, GGBet reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the offending activity while an investigation is underway.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
